POSITION SUMMARY:
The Institutional Business Manager promotes Rigel’s oncology portfolio to meet/exceed assigned territory sales goals in identified Institutional, System of Care/IDN, VA level accounts. This is a field position covering assigned institutions within the following states: Mid-Atlantic states including Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, DC (relocation not available). Promotional efforts focus on strategic execution, understanding of account / provider needs, developing effective business plans, clinical selling leading to results and working collaboratively with all internal/external stakeholders. The IBM builds productive, compliant relationships with Key Thought Leaders, prescribers, system influencers and other relevant members of the patient care team. The IBM consistently demonstrates exceptional business acumen creating clear, comprehensive business plans based on understanding of stakeholder goals. The IBM also is expected to demonstrate Rigel’s Values through self-motivated, entrepreneurial resourcefulness in overcoming business challenges and the agility to adapt in a way that benefits the patients we serve.
Salary range: $197,662 to $232,544
